Job Description

We are looking for a full-time onboarding specialist to join our Account Management Department. The onboarding specialist will support the efforts and maintenance of new and ongoing relationships with accounts from the Business Development Team. Through these relationships, the specialist seeks to maximize revenue for RXMG and our partners. The specialist will work with other teams across the company to coordinate and manage campaign executions, including custom creative build-outs, set-up of assets, development of campaign timelines, and organization of campaign documentation. We are looking to add a high energy, organized, self motivated individual who has the ability to manage tasks, problem solve, and work within tight deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Quickly acquire a thorough understanding of RXMG’s processes, procedures, tools, business model, and competitive marketplace advantages.
  • Manage the day to day onboarding of new accounts including reviewing contract statuses with the business development team, coordination with operations of account setup and coordination/communication with the external accounts for campaign management.
  • Serve as the point of contact for all campaign requests and communication with new accounts, including creative changes, performance reports, client meetings, and campaign optimizations.
  • Manage and grow new account relationships through consistent and clear communication.
  • Serve as the liaison between the business development team and other internal RXMG departments.
  • Successfully negotiate with accounts to receive the most competitive payouts, budgets, and campaigns possible.
  • Conceptualize, coordinate, and execute internal and external project timelines with members of the internal team.
  • Monitor internal and third party reporting for pacing, performance, and revenue, identifying any discrepancies.
  • Work closely with our internal analyst team to provide continued feedback and analysis for campaigns by developing optimization suggestions and recommendations to increase campaign performance.
  • Take part in weekly internal meetings providing feedback regarding campaign performance and account needs.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent required.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to relay information and action plans in a clear and concise manner, while being professional, friendly, and courteous.
  • Exceptional organizational and task management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and an eye for detail.
  • Highly driven work ethic with the self motivation to accomplish goals with little oversight.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to connect quickly and build relationships with team members and accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suites
