Your Role: Senior Site Reliability Engineer

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at RXMG, you'll be at the forefront of our tech evolution. Here's what you can expect:

Main Responsibilities:

Lead and participated in platform 24x7x365 uptime planning, optimization, and implementation, including on-call support.
Provide technical leadership and operational oversight for critical business operations.
Monitor and troubleshoot production, disaster recovery, and certification systems.
Analyze and optimize platform performance and investigate software defects.
Assisted in resolving build/deployment issues and drove capacity planning decisions.
Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills and contribute to capacity planning meetings.

Qualifications:

Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), and monitoring tools.
Proficiency in NGINX/Apache configuration and security fundamentals.
Deep understanding of incident and problem management and configuration management.
Experience or understanding of JIRA, Confluence, and PagerDuty.

Bonus Skills:

Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, PHP, Python, Terraform).
Google Cloud Certifications, AWS certification, and experience with Kubernetes clusters.
Prior experience building CI/CD pipelines and server administration with SaltStack.
